Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 600 g Brussels sprouts, frozen
  • 250 g ham, cooked
  • 250 g cheese (medium-aged Gouda)
  • 200 g crème fraîche
  • 30 g hazelnuts, sliced
  • Salt
  • Fat, for the shape

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Quick recipe

Place the Brussels sprouts, still unthawed, in boiling salted water and cook for 7 minutes. Cut the cooked ham into thin strips. Coarsely grate the cheese and mix with the crème fraîche. Place the drained Brussels sprouts in a greased, ovenproof dish and arrange the ham strips on top. Place the cheese and crème fraîche mixture on top and sprinkle with the nuts. Bake the Brussels sprouts in a preheated oven at 250°C (gas mark 5-6, fan oven not suitable) for 10 minutes on the second shelf from the bottom.
