Brussels sprout casserole à la Didi

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g Brussels sprouts from the jar, drained
  • 50 g Black Forest ham
  • 50g Gouda
  • 150 ml hollandaise sauce
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Halve the drained Brussels sprouts. Grease a baking dish and add the sprouts. Cut the Black Forest ham into strips and arrange them on top. Cut the Gouda into small pieces, mix with the hollandaise sauce, and pour over the casserole. Bake the casserole in a preheated oven at 180°C (convection oven) for 20 minutes. Plate up and serve.
