Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g potatoes
  • 500 g Brussels sprouts
  • 400 g sausages, coarse
  • 400 ml vegetable stock
  • some salt
  • 100 g spreadable cheese

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 hours; Total time approx. 5 hours 30 minutes

Prepared in a slow cooker.

Peel and dice the potatoes and place them in the slow cooker pot. Trim the Brussels sprouts and place them on top. Squeeze the sausage meat out of the skin, form it into walnut-sized balls, and place it on top. Season with salt and pour over the boiling vegetable stock. Let it simmer in the slow cooker for about 5 hours at low heat. Stir in the cream cheese towards the end.
