Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g Brussels sprouts
  • 160 g potatoes
  • Salt
  • 20 g ham, cooked
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 75 ml milk
  • Pepper, white
  • Nutmeg (grated)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Wash the Brussels sprouts and potatoes. Dice the potatoes. Boil both in salted water for about 20 minutes. Meanwhile, cut the ham into thin strips. Whisk the egg and milk together and season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Lightly fry the ham in a non-stick pan. Drain the Brussels sprouts and potatoes, let them drain, and add them to the pan. Mix with the ham. Pour the egg mixture over the vegetables and let them set, covered, for about 2 to 3 minutes. Turn out onto a plate and serve.
