Brussels sprouts and mushroom pan

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg Brussels sprouts, frozen
  • 500 g mushrooms
  • 1 leek(s)
  • 250 g bacon cubes
  • 200 g cream
  • salt and pepper
  • n. B. cornstarch

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

quick and easy

Defrost the Brussels sprouts according to the package instructions. I did this in the microwave for 2 x 6 minutes at 600 watts. Meanwhile, halve or quarter the mushrooms, depending on their size, and cut the leek lengthwise and finely chop. Sauté the mushrooms with the leek and bacon in a large pan. Once the Brussels sprouts are thawed, add them to the pan and the cream. Season to taste with salt and pepper and thicken with a little cornstarch, if desired.
