Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g Brussels sprouts, fresh or frozen
- 1 onion(s)
- 80 g butter
- ¼ liter vegetable broth
- 200 g crème fraîche
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Clean fresh Brussels sprouts, peel the onion, and finely chop. Heat the butter and fry the onions until translucent. Add the sprouts and cook over low heat for 8 minutes. Deglaze with half of the vegetable stock and simmer until the sprouts are tender. Add the rest of the stock only if needed. Once the sprouts are tender, stir in the crème fraîche and season to taste.
