Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g minced meat, seasoned
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 bunch of Brussels sprouts
- 1 pinch(s) curry powder
- 1 pinch(s) of pepper
- some vegetable broth
- 2 bags of rice
- 1 cup of natural yogurt
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Brown the minced meat with the onions until crumbly and set aside. Quarter the Brussels sprouts and fry briefly. Season with curry and pepper, then deglaze with vegetable stock. Cook 2 bags of rice and add. Then, cover and simmer thoroughly. Finally, stir in the yogurt; do not let it boil any further.
