Chocolate-cherry pudding

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 package of pudding powder, chocolate, e.g. from natreen
  • 3 tea bags (Amarena Cherry)
  • 500 ml water

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Boil the cherry tea with 500 ml of water and the three tea bags and let it steep for ten minutes. Then, take six tablespoons of tea and mix it with the pudding mix. Bring the remaining tea to a boil again, then add the mixed pudding mix and let it simmer for one minute while stirring. Finally, pour into four molds and let it cool in the refrigerator. It really does taste a bit like Black Forest cherries.
