Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 kg minced pork, seasoned
- 3 bell peppers, yellow and/or red
- 500 ml cream
- 10 rolls
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Halve the rolls. Dice the bell peppers, mix the chopped bell peppers, the minced meat, and the cream with your fingers. Spread the mixture on the rolls. Cover the meat mixture and bake in the oven at 200°C for about 20-25 minutes. Serve with a glass of red wine or beer.
