Ingredients
- 15 Pc. Mini buffalo mozzarella balls
- 2 Pc. Mangoes
- 10 Pc. Shrimp
- 2 tsp Fermented pepper
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Cut the mangoes into small cubes, mix with fermented pepper and olive oil and set aside. Fry the prawns in butter, season with salt and pepper.
- To serve, place three small mozzarellas on a plate and tear slightly, spread the mango on top and add two fried prawns.
