Buffalo Mozzarella with Mango, Fermented Pepper and King Prawns

Ingredients
 

  • 15 Pc. Mini buffalo mozzarella balls
  • 2 Pc. Mangoes
  • 10 Pc. Shrimp
  • 2 tsp Fermented pepper
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Cut the mangoes into small cubes, mix with fermented pepper and olive oil and set aside. Fry the prawns in butter, season with salt and pepper.
  • To serve, place three small mozzarellas on a plate and tear slightly, spread the mango on top and add two fried prawns.
