Buffalo Mozzarella with Mango, Fermented Pepper and King Prawns

  • 15 Pc. Mini buffalo mozzarella balls
  • 2 Pc. Mangoes
  • 10 Pc. Shrimp
  • 2 tsp Fermented pepper
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  1. Cut the mangoes into small cubes, mix with fermented pepper and olive oil and set aside. Fry the prawns in butter, season with salt and pepper.
  2. To serve, place three small mozzarellas on a plate and tear slightly, spread the mango on top and add two fried prawns.
