Ingredients
- 2 cups Bulgur
- 300 g Celery
- 500 g Tomatoes
- 1 pole Leek
- 1 Yellow pepper
- 1 Romaine lettuce
- 1 Onion
- 3 Garlic cloves
- 3 Mettenden
- 100 g Grilled cheese
- 200 g Grated Gouda
- Olive oil, salt, pepper
Instructions
- Prepare the bulgur according to the instructions on the packet and let it cool down.
- Clean the celery and cut into slices. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into pieces. Clean and slice the leek. Halve, core and cut the pepper into pieces. Clean and wash the romaine lettuce and cut into wider strips. Peel, quarter and cut the onion into strips. Peel the garlic cloves and cut into cubes. Cut the meatloaf into slices and the grilled cheese into cubes.
- Pour olive oil into a baking dish. Add the chopped meat and the bulgur, season with salt and pepper and mix everything well. Pour the grated Gouda on top.
- Bake in the oven at 160 ° for about 60 minutes.
