Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g bulgur
  • 200 g beef tartare
  • 1 can of tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 200 g mushrooms
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 small cans of chickpeas, drained
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp oil

This tastes simply delicious and can also be made vegetarian without tartar!

First, prepare the bulgur according to the package instructions. Brown the tartare in oil, gradually adding the finely chopped spring onions, crushed garlic, and sliced ​​mushrooms. After a few minutes, add the chickpeas and tomatoes to the pan. When they begin to simmer, add the bulgur. Season with salt and pepper and stir in some of the chopped parsley. Sprinkle the remaining parsley over the top to serve.
