  • 100 g Bulgur
  • 6 Pc. Chicken legs
  • 1 Pc. Potato
  • 2 Pc. Jalapeño
  • 1 Pc. Celery with leaves
  • 1 Pc. Onion
  • 1 Pc. Red peppers
  • 1 Pc. Medium sized carrot
  • 4 Pc. Spring onion rod
  • 1 Pc. Clove of garlic
  • 20 g Butter
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper from the mill

  1. Wash, clean and cut the vegetables into small cubes. Chop the garlic. Wash the Bugur and put it on a sieve. Wash the chicken drumsticks and cut the joints with a knife.
