Bulgur with minced meat

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g bulgur
  • 250 g minced beef
  • 1 onion(s), diced
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp sauce (hot paprika sauce)
  • 1 cube of meat broth, instant
  • Chili powder (pulbiber), to taste
  • oil
  • n. B. water
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Pan dish, quick and delicious

Add the bulgur to enough water to cover. Sauté the onion in oil, add the ground beef, and fry. Drain the bulgur and add it to the ground beef, frying briefly. Add approximately 750 ml of water, add the meat stock cube, tomato paste, paprika sauce, and pulp, and simmer over low heat for 20 minutes. After the cooking time, turn off the heat, cover, and let stand for another 20 minutes, then season to taste.
