Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 coffee beans (whole)
  • 0.7 liters of brandy
  • 200 g sugar, brown rock candy
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • Orange peel (unsprayed)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

simple but delicious

Combine all ingredients in a bottle or a large screw-top jar and let it steep in a warm place until the rock sugar has dissolved, shaking the jar occasionally. Instead of fresh orange peel, you can also use the orange zest from the bag. Once the sugar has dissolved, strain the liqueur into a bottle.
