Bundt Cake with Chocolate Chips

- 250 g Soft butter
- 300 g Sugar white
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 1 packet Lemon peel
- 4 Free range eggs
- 2 Pinches Salt
- 250 g Cream
- 500 g Flour
- 1 packet Baking powder
- 200 Milliliters Milk
- 200 g Chocolate chips
- Powdered sugar
- Separate the eggs and set the egg whites aside.
- In a mixing bowl, stir the softened butter, sugar and vanilla sugar until creamy. Stir in the lemon zest. Add the egg yolk, a pinch of salt and the cream and stir in well. Mix the flour with the baking powder and stir in two portions.
- Add the chocolate drops to the batter and stir in. Stir in the milk. Beat the egg white with a pinch of salt until stiff and fold in. Pour the dough into the prepared pan and smooth it out.
- Place the cake in the (fan-assisted) oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for approx. 55 – 60 minutes. (Stick sample) After the baking time, take it out of the oven and let it cool down in the mold.
- Turn the cooled cake out onto a cake plate and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
