Ingredients for 10 servings:
- 250 g margarine
- 250 g sugar
- 500 g flour
- 1 packet of baking powder + 1 teaspoon
- 4 eggs
- 200 g chocolate cookies
- Milk

according to grandma’s recipe
Beat the margarine and sugar together until fluffy, then gradually add the eggs (don’t forget a pinch of salt). Combine the flour and baking powder and gradually stir in, alternating with the milk. Be careful not to make the batter too thin. Finally, fold in the chocolate cookies and pour everything into a greased springform pan with a ring, or use a Bundt pan; the diameter shouldn’t be too small, as the cake will rise quite nicely. Bake in a briefly preheated oven at 150-175°C for about one hour.
