Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 300 g game (roast leftovers)
- 500 g pasta
- Thyme
- marjoram
- Parsley
- nutmeg
- Garlic
- Salt
- pepper
- 250 ml sour cream
- 250 ml whipped cream
- 150 g cheese, grated
- 100 g bacon, diced
- 1 onion(s), finely diced
- 20 g butter
- 125g mozzarella
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Tastes great with all roast leftovers
Cut the roast leftovers into strips. Cook the pasta. Mix the cream with the herbs and spices. Sauté the onions in butter, add the bacon, and cook. Mix all the ingredients (including the grated cheese) together, place in a baking dish, spread the mozzarella on top, and roast in a preheated oven at 220°C. Serve with a green salad.
