Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg minced beef
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp onion granules
  • 1 tbsp celery salt

Mix all ingredients together. I use a food processor with a dough hook for this. Then form patties about 1.5 cm thick. The diameter should be adjusted to the size of the buns. I then stack the patties with a layer of parchment paper between each one and place them in the freezer for about an hour. Once frozen, they can be grilled or fried wonderfully without falling apart and remain nice and moist. Now it’s time to get creative with the toppings.
