  • 5 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 1 tbsp salsa
  • 1 half onion(s), red
  • some salt and pepper
  • some garlic powder
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • some parsley
  • some milk or cream, if needed

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Combine mayonnaise, ketchup, and salsa in a bowl. Finely chop the onion and add it to the bowl. Add the sugar and parsley to the sauce and stir. Season with salt, garlic powder, and pepper. Sometimes I add a splash of cream or milk for a moreish flavor. Refrigerate the whole thing for 30 minutes to set. This sauce is enough for three burgers if spread thinly on the top and bottom.
