Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 1 kg minced beef
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- some oil
- 500 g macaroni, short
- 1 liter of milk
- 500 ml cream
- 500 g grated cheese (Gouda and Parmesan mixed)
- 1 tbsp mustard, medium hot
- 1 tsp sweet paprika powder
- 1 tsp white pepper
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
One-pot noodles
Brown the minced meat in a large pot in a little oil. Peel and finely chop the onions and garlic. Add to the minced meat and fry briefly. Add the pasta and pour in the cream and milk. Season generously with salt, pepper, and paprika. Simmer over medium heat, stirring frequently, until the pasta is al dente. Then add the grated cheese and mustard and mix well. Let stand for a few minutes. Serve hot. Tip: If you like, you can also stir in some freshly chopped parsley.
