Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 50 g butter, soft
- 75 g quark, possibly up to 100 g
- 50 g protein powder, neutral
- 10 g amaranth
- 5 g sesame
- 1 egg(s)
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 2 pinches of salt
- n. B. Bread spice mix
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Protein rolls – low carb
Beat the softened butter and egg until fluffy. Then mix in the quark (100g is fine), followed by the egg white powder, baking powder, and the remaining ingredients and spices. Mix everything thoroughly with a mixer. Then form two or more rolls and place them on a baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 180-200°C for about 15 minutes, then let cool.
