Ingredients
 

  • 500 g Green beans - fresh or frozen
  • 50 ml Weak broth, possibly a little more
  • 1 espresso spoon Salt
  • 1 tbsp Butter

Instructions
 

  • Wash the beans and cut into pieces approx. 4 cm long.
  • Now just put everything together in a saucepan and steam the beans with the lid closed until they have the desired bite.
