Butter Beans
The perfect butter beans recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Green beans – fresh or frozen
- 50 ml Weak broth, possibly a little more
- 1 Espresso spoon Salt
- 1 tbsp Butter
- Wash the beans and cut into pieces approx. 4 cm long.
- Now just put everything together in a saucepan and steam the beans with the lid closed until they have the desired bite.
- Possibly. It may be necessary to add a little more water or broth, but then please only add it by tablespoon so that the beans are not “drowned” and boil.
- If you like, you can fry some bacon and add it to the beans.
