Simple Cevapcici

Simple cevapcici
- 1 kg Mixed minced meat
- 2 Garlic cloves
- Salt, gourmet pepper to taste
- Parsley to taste
- 1 Egg
- *Brotbrösel nach Gusto
- 1 Onion
- Smoked paprika powder to taste
- 2 cups Rice
- 1 kl. Can Tomato paste
- 4 cups Water
- Rapeseed oil for frying
- Take a bowl and add mixed minced meat. Peel and finely chop the garlic cloves and onion. Add the spices one after the other. Also add egg and breadcrumbs, chopped parsley. Mix everything together.
- Then shape long rolls with moistened hands. Take a pan and heat it with rapeseed oil. Add the shaped rolls and fry all over. In the meantime, take a saucepan and pour the cups of rice into it. As you add the water in the cups.
- Lightly salt and bring to a boil. Then switch it down and stir in the tomato paste and cook for about 20 minutes. When everything is done, take a flat plate and serve the Čevapčiči with the tomato rice.
