Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g flour
- 200 g butter
- 150 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp baking powder
- Flour for the work surface
Instructions

Mix together the butter, eggs, and sugar. Then add the flour, vanilla sugar, and baking powder and knead. (I always do this in a food processor.) Then roll out the dough with flour and cut out shapes. Bake at 150°C for about 12-15 minutes. They should be golden yellow on the bottom but still pale on top. Let cool and decorate as desired. Tip: You can add cocoa, cinnamon, or gingerbread spices to the dough.
