Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g butter or margarine
- 125 g powdered sugar
- 300 g flour
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 tbsp milk

Melt the butter, chill, and then gradually add icing sugar and vanilla sugar, a tablespoon at a time, to the cooled, slightly solidified fat. Stir until the butter and sugar are fluffy and white. Sift the wheat flour, stir in 2/3 of it a tablespoon at a time, and when the dough firms up a little, add the milk. Knead the rest of the flour into a smooth dough. Working in small batches, roll out the dough thinly and cut out small shapes of your choice, or make small balls, then flatten them and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake at 175°C (preheated) for at least 5 minutes.
