Basic Recipe: Sweet Shortcrust Pastry
The perfect basic recipe: sweet shortcrust pastry recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Topping example:
- 100 g Sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 Pc. Egg
- 300 g Flour
- 250 g Whipped cream
- Grapes
- Raspberry
- Dried cherries
- Lightly knead the cold butter in pieces with the sugar and salt.
- Add the egg and mix in.
- Add the flour and knead everything well.
- Roll out the dough on a floured worktop to about half a centimeter.
- Flour the rolling pin and wrap the dough loosely around it. Lift the dough over a cake tin, place on top and press down. Cut off the excess dough. Prick the bottom evenly with a fork.
- Bake at 180 degrees for 16 minutes.
Topping example:
- Spread 7,250 ml of whipped cream on the floor using a piping bag. Spread the fruit on the cream.
