Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 eggs
- 50 g quark
- 30 g ground almonds
- 1 tbsp walnut oil or peanut oil
- 3 tbsp flavored protein powder, e.g., chocolate or vanilla
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
with quark and almonds
Mix all ingredients together, preferably with a hand mixer. Then bake the waffles as usual in a waffle iron. Brush the waffle iron with a few drops of oil beforehand to prevent the waffles from sticking. If you like it a little sweeter, you can, of course, add a little sweetener. These ingredients make about 3 waffles.
