Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g butter or margarine
- 3 cups sugar
- 3 eggs
- 4 cups flour
- 2 cup(s) buttermilk or sour cream
- 50 g cocoa powder
- 2 tsp baking soda
- Fat for the mold
- n. B. chocolate glaze
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 55 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes
Beat butter, sugar, and eggs until fluffy. Stir in the flour, then the buttermilk, then the cocoa, and finally the baking soda. Pour the batter into a greased springform pan. Bake in a preheated oven at approximately 175°C (top/bottom heat) for approximately 45-55 minutes (test with a wooden skewer for doneness—no batter should stick to the pan). Once cooled, cover with chocolate glaze. Note: Use a cup with a capacity of approximately 200-250 ml.
