Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g wheat flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 300 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 3 eggs
- 300 ml buttermilk
- 1 pack of almond flakes
- 75 g sugar
- 1 cup of cream
- 1 tbsp butter
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
For the pastry, combine the flour, baking powder, 300g sugar, vanilla sugar, eggs, and buttermilk and mix briefly. Spread the pastry onto a greased baking sheet. Mix the almonds with 75g sugar and spread it over the pastry. Bake for 20-30 minutes at 180°C. Mix the cream with 1 tablespoon of melted butter and pour evenly over the still-warm cake.
