Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 cups of sugar
- 4 cups flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 500 ml buttermilk
- 3 eggs
- n. B. Cinnamon powder, for sprinkling
- n. B. Sugar, for sprinkling
- 1 pack of butter
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Mug cake
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix on high. Spread onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 180°C until golden brown. Bake for approximately 30 minutes. Melt a sachet of butter in the microwave. Immediately pour onto the hot cake and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Let cool.
