Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 510 g flour
- 300 g sugar
- 1 ½ packets of baking powder
- 3 eggs
- 1 pinch of salt
- 390 ml buttermilk
- 240 g walnuts
- 210 g sugar
- 350 ml cream
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°C (top and bottom heat). Whisk together the sugar, flour, baking powder, egg, salt, and buttermilk, then spread evenly on a greased baking sheet. Chop the walnuts, mix with the sugar, and spread over the batter. Bake the cake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown. Carefully and evenly spread the cream on top and bake for another 5-10 minutes. The cream should be absorbed and the walnuts should be brown.
