Beat the margarine, sugar, and eggs until fluffy. Mix the salt, vanilla sugar, flour, cornstarch, and baking powder and stir into the batter, alternating with the milk. Grease and flour a cake pan. Pour half of the batter into the cake pan. Mix the other half with the sugar, cocoa, rum flavoring, milk, and Nutella. Finally, stir in the chocolate sprinkles. Pour the batter onto the light-colored cake mixture and mix the two layers together with a fork to create a marbled effect. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for 45-55 minutes (use a skewer to test if the cake is done). Let the cake cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then remove it from the pan. Let the cake cool completely on a wire rack and cover with the chocolate coating.
