Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 cups flour
- 2 packets of baking powder
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 cup(s) sugar, or slightly less
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 2 cups desiccated coconut
- ½ cup cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Combine the flour with baking powder, vanilla sugar, eggs, 1 1/2 cups of sugar, and the buttermilk. Spread the batter onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Mix the desiccated coconut with 1/2 cup of sugar and spread it over the batter. Bake at 170 degrees Celsius (convection oven) for 15 minutes. Remove the cake and pour half a cup of cream evenly over it, then bake for another 5 minutes.
