creamy sauce, delicious with pasta

Finely chop the bell pepper and onion. Brown the minced meat vigorously. Add the chopped bell pepper and onion. Crush the garlic and add it to the pan. At this point, I season the minced meat generously with paprika. Add salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, and turmeric to your taste. When the onion becomes translucent, caramelize half a tube of tomato paste in the pan. Then melt a cup of Brunch sauce in the pan. Add 1/2 glass of water and let it boil away. Add the remaining half glass of water until it reaches the desired creamy consistency. Stir 1 tablespoon of mustard into the sauce and season again with the spices. I serve it with pasta (spaghetti, croissants, etc.).
