Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 cups buttermilk
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 1 liter juice (mango-passion fruit juice)
  • 500 ml peach liqueur
  • 400 ml white rum
  • n. B. Fruits from which can, e.g. peach, mandarin oranges, pineapple

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes

very refreshing drink for every summer party

Combine the fruit juice, buttermilk, whipped cream, mango-passion fruit juice, peach liqueur, and rum in a large container. Stir well. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours, then serve chilled! Other fruits are also suitable, depending on your preference. Larger fruits should be chopped into serving-sized pieces before mixing. Enjoy!
