Cabanossi – stew à la Tom

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 Cabanossi (approx. 300 g)
  • ½ celeriac
  • 3 carrots
  • 4 m.-sized potatoes
  • 4 pieces vegetable stock cubes
  • 1 liter of water
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cut the Cabanossi into 1/2 cm thick slices. Clean, peel, and dice the celeriac, potatoes, and carrots. Place all ingredients in a pot. Fill with water and add the stock cubes. Season with pepper. Bring to a boil and simmer over medium heat for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve hot.
