Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 small white cabbage
  • 1 small red cabbage
  • 1 cauliflower
  • 1 broccoli
  • 1 kohlrabi
  • 500 g Brussels sprouts
  • 1 tsp, heaped vegetable broth, instant
  • some fenugreek
  • Salt
  • Blue clover
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • some ginger root
  • 1 small savoy cabbage
  • 1 small pointed cabbage
  • Water

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 25 minutes

I chop all the vegetables into small pieces, put them in the largest soup pot with the spices, fill with water and let it simmer for about 45 minutes.
