Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 12 tomatoes
- 1 can of tomato paste (less or more to taste)
- 2 onions
- 1 tsp olive oil
- ¼ liter of water
- vegetable broth
- ¼ liter white wine
- ½ pack of basil, frozen
- salt and pepper
- chili

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
almost fat-free and super tasty!
Dice the onions and fry in oil until translucent. Deglaze with white wine and simmer. Wash 9 tomatoes, puree in a blender (no need to peel!), and add to the onions. Dice the remaining tomatoes and add them along with the tomato paste. Add water and vegetable stock to the tomato mixture to bring to the desired consistency. Add the basil and simmer for half an hour over medium heat. Season with salt, pepper, and chili.
