Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 60 g biscuit(s), amaretti (almond biscuits)
  • 200 g whipped cream
  • 160 g marzipan paste
  • 400 ml coffee (hot)
  • 2 pinch(s) cinnamon
  • possibly Amaretto
  • possibly milk
  • possibly sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Marzipan coffee

Cut the marzipan into small pieces, add it to the hot coffee, and blend. Add the cinnamon and blend again. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form, place the biscuits in a plastic bag and crumble them. Divide the coffee among 4 glasses, top with the cream, and sprinkle with biscuit crumbs. If you like, you can add milk and amaretto, and if it’s not sweet enough, simply add more sweetness.
