Grandma's Cup

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 scoop of ice cream (vanilla or coffee), large
  • 1 cup of coffee, boiled, hot
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder
  • 1 piece(s) chocolate, fine, brittle

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Fine iced coffee, great enjoyment

Best served in a decorative dessert glass or bowl. Place the scoop of ice cream in the dessert bowl and carefully pour the hot coffee over it. The ice cream will soon rise to the surface and melt slightly in the hot coffee, creating a light blend of sweet and bitter, hot and cold. A thin layer of liquid ice cream will float on the surface. Sprinkle the cocoa powder over it, adding a little to the drink and a little to the scoop. This looks great and gives the whole thing a unique flavor. You can decorate the scoop with a piece of chocolate. Liquid chocolate glaze works just as well.
