Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • Gelling sugar (2:1) and a rest of the Caipirinha punch (recipe from database)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Remove the limes (and lemons, if desired) from the punch and peel them. Place the finely chopped pulp into a saucepan (you can leave the peel on some limes if you like). Then, depending on the weight of the limes, add the gelling sugar. Blend everything together and let it simmer for about 5 minutes. You may need to test the jam to see if it’s set. Then pour the jam into hot, rinsed jars and seal tightly immediately.
