Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g mashed potatoes
- 100 g smoked streaky bacon, finely sliced
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 1 bunch parsley, finely chopped
- 1 bunch of chives, cut into rolls
- 200 g Harzer cheese, cut into small cubes
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Fry the bacon in a pan and sauté the onions until translucent. Add the herbs, mashed potatoes, and seasonings and mix until firm. Stir in the Harzer cheese. Serve with farmhouse bread and a liter of beer.
