Sour cream and cherry cake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup flour
  • ½ cup oil
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 100 g hazelnuts, ground
  • 100 g chocolate sprinkles
  • 1 jar cherry(s)
  • powdered sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

First: Use the empty sour cream container as a measuring cup. Mix all ingredients into a dough. Finally, add the cherries and stir in. Pour the batter into a round, greased or lined springform pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 50 minutes on the bottom rack. Tips: Once the cake has cooled, you can dust it with powdered sugar. We always eat it with a dollop of whipped cream.
