- 1 large lime(s)
- 2 tbsp cane sugar, white, or more
- 5 cl cachaça
- 4 cubes of ice, can also be crushed ice
- 1 shot of mineral water, at the end

how to make them in Brazil
Wash the lime, then halve it and—importantly—remove the white stem in the middle, otherwise it will be bitter…then cut it into small pieces. Put 2 tablespoons of sugar into a glass, add the sliced limes, and muddle with a muddler. Then add the ice cubes and, if you like it sweeter, another tablespoon of sugar on top. Pour the cachaça over the top and finally the mineral water. Then stir well from the bottom with a cocktail stick. -saúde-
