Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 tbsp coffee cream
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 eggs
- 5 tbsp sugar
- 6 tbsp flour
- ½ pack of baking powder
- Fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Mix all ingredients one at a time with a mixer. It’s super quick and easy. Pour into a greased springform pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 15 minutes (test with a toothpick). Let the cake base cool and add toppings as desired.
