Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 g flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 5 tbsp oil
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

easy, quick and delicious

Combine the sugar and eggs in a bowl and mix together. Sift the flour and baking powder, then add both ingredients and mix well. Now add the oil. Pour the batter into a greased springform pan or fruit-based pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (convection oven) for approximately 12 to 15 minutes. Once cooled, the base can be topped with any desired topping.
