Cake: Cupkakes

The perfect cake: cupkakes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Cupkaks:

  • 300 g Ground nuts
  • 200 g Flour
  • 1 Pck Baking powder
  • 150 g Soft butter
  • 200 g Nut and nougat cream sweet
  • 250 g Sugar
  • 5 Eggs
  • 250 g Quark

Topping:

  • 250 g Butter
  • 250 g Cream cheese
  • 250 g Powdered sugar
  • Food coloring
  • Orange

Tartlets:

  1. Mix the flour with the nuts, baking powder and a pinch of salt.
  2. Beat the butter with the sugar then gradually add the nougat cream and quark. Then fold in the eggs one by one. Finally fold in the flour mixture.
  3. Now fill the dough in paper cases and bake in the preheated oven at 180 C ° for about 20-30 minutes.

Topping:

  1. Beat the butter with the powdered sugar white then gradually add the cream cheese. Now you can divide the mass and stir in either food coloring or orange juice and sprinkle the cupkakes with it.
  2. For me there were 30 pieces.
