Mango Buttermilk

The perfect mango buttermilk recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Pc. Mango
  • 500 ml Buttermilk
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Fresh lemon juice
  1. Peel and roughly dice the mango. Puree with the other ingredients in a tall container. Place in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.
  2. Also tastes delicious with ice cubes or with a scoop of vanilla or mango ice cream in it. With honey, depending on the sweetness of the mango, you can use more or less than the specified amount. You can put a mint leaf in as a decoration.
