  • 3 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 1 Vials Butter-Vanilla baking flavor
  • 250 Size Forest honey liquid
  • 400 Size Cornmeal
  • 100 g Corn starch
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • 300 Size Sesame paste tahini
  • Powdered sugar
  1. Make a creamy pre-dough from the first 6 ingredients. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Then gradually stir in the other ingredients into the pre-dough until a tough dough is formed. I use corn flour for myself because it contains less protein than other flour. The cake is also suitable for people with gluten intolerance!
  2. Put everything in a greased baking pan (28 springform pan), wrap with aluminum foil and bake for 60 minutes. Then remove the foil and bake for another 10 minutes. This will make the cake juicy.
